Sobre el libro

A Little Princess is a work by English-American author Frances Hodgson Burnett, appearing as a 1888 novella, a 1902 play, and a 1905 children's novel. It follows Sara Crewe, a wealthy girl and prize student at a private London boarding school who is reduced to poverty and forced to work as a servant under the school's cruel headmistress. The story's development across these three forms offers an interesting look at how Burnett reworked her material.
