Refund Policy
- Unused packs: within 14 days of purchase, if you have not used any tokens from a pack, you can get a full refund.
- Partly used packs: within 14 days, we refund the unused part of the pack in proportion to the price.
- Technical problems: if generation failed and tokens were charged anyway, tell us and we restore the tokens or refund them, at any time.
- Free tokens (sign-up, daily and invite bonuses) are not refundable.
How to ask for a refund
Email the address below with your username and the order email or order ID. Refunds are issued by Creem, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. When a refund is issued, the refunded tokens are removed from your balance.
退款政策
- 未使用：购买后 14 天内，额度包一点未用，可全额退款。
- 部分使用：14 天内按未使用部分的比例退款。
- 技术故障：生成失败却扣了额度，随时告诉我们，我们会补回额度或退款。
- 免费额度（注册、每日、邀请奖励）不退款。
如何申请
发邮件到下方地址，写明用户名和付款邮箱或订单号。退款由名义卖家 Creem 原路退回，通常 5–10 个工作日到账；退款后对应的额度会从余额中扣除。
